Before: Feeling good. Sciatica not bothering me today.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SDL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUR
- 1 x 5-minute massage
After: N/A
Notes: I changed up the Twist and direction of pull on this session. I felt a better pull on the ligaments it seems. I'll try this a few sessions and see if I have a better fatigue or not. The heat and stretching afterward seem to have help with the sciatica issue, going to keep the routine implemented in the session.
