Device:Bundle Assist
Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
- 2 x 5 Roll-up
- 2 x 5 Bundle left, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
- 2 x 5 Bundle right, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
Can really feel the pull on the ligaments. A little difficult to hold the tension for 5-minutes consistently.
After:
Spotted Blood in the tip of the Glans, no Sting/Burn feeling in the skin.
Notes:
I think if the handles were more evenly rounded / slightly larger conforming to the hand I could sustain the grip longer. I'm thinking of adding some type of wrapping on the handles for better grip.
The Spotted Blood on the Glans is a concern for me, if I'm doing something incorrectly. The clamp too tight, too much blood left over in Glans before final clamp-down, too much forward pressure towards the Glans, or combination from all of it.
