Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:

- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SDR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SOR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SUL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SUR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minute massage
After: Fatigue in the ligaments and some soreness where the clamp grips. No changes in sciatica.
Notes: I think the clamp was too far down the shaft for the bundle to get a full 360º turn causing bunching and cut the circulation off resulting in the deep red/purple coloration.
