Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)

  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDR
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOR
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUR
  • 1 x 5-minute massage
During: Putting more intensity in the pull and feeling the burn in the base area.
After: Fatigue in the ligaments in the base area
Notes: Sciatica not bothering me today, thinking I actually should do the warm-up/stretch the hip/leg/back before and after the LM session(s)
