Before: Feeling good. Sciatica still the same.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)

- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SOR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SUL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SUR
- 1 x 5-minute massage
After: No signs of fatigue in the ligaments, sciatica feels worst than when I started the session.
Notes: Not sure what to do about the sciatic issue. Putting some heat on the area and stretch to see if it's simply a tight muscle.
