Before: Feeling a little fatigue in the ligaments and pc muscle.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SDL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SDR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SOR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SUL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SUR
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360º SU
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360º SD
- 2 x 25 Rotary Cranks - R/L
- 1 x 5-minute massage
During: Can really notice the pull in the PC-muscle area when doing SO/SU pulls.
After: Can feel the fatigue mainly in the pc muscle area. Sciatic nerve bothering me, pain in the right glut and down the leg.
Notes: Did some stretches for the Hamstring, Glut and Calf muscle(s) and help allievate the pain.
