Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SDL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDR
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOR
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUL
  • 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUR
  • 1 x 5-minute massage
During: A much better pull on the ligaments and throughout using the opposite Twist/Pull technique.
After: Fatigue and burn sensation in the ligaments in the base area
Notes: Twist and Pull in opposite directions has increased the intensity, definitely a noticeable difference in this session.
No difference in sciatica issue feeling fairly good. Still putting heat on the area and stretching.
