Before: Feeling good.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
  • 1 x 5 Roll-up
  • 1 x 5 Bundle left, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 1 x 5 Bundle right, 1-complete turn (Roll-up)
  • 1 x 5 Bundle right. SO
  • 1 x 5 Bundle left, SO
During: Set 4 - aggravated my sciatic nerve (right-side)
After: Feeling fatigue/soreness in PC-Floor muscle. Pain in my right Glut and calf muscle.
Notes:Sciatic Nerve issue stems from an auto-accident in 2002 which left me with right lower-back, hip and leg problems. Taking some ibuprofen for it.
