Device:Bundle Assist
Before: Feeling some soreness in the PC muscle. Still having a little irritation in Sciatic Nerve, nothing to affect the workout.
Warm-Up: 5-minutes with Rice Sock (heated)
Sets:
- 1 x 5-minutes SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes SOR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SUL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SUR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SOL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SOR
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CCW 360° SDL
- 1 x 5-minutes B-CW 360° SDR
- 1 x 5-minute massage
After: Flaccid hang seems longer than usual. Soreness in PC muscle seems to have dissipated. No change on the sciatic nerve irritation.
Notes: Massage the penis for 30-seconds between sets to recirculate blood-flow. Taking Sunday (09.Aug) off and tend to the sciatic nerve issue with rest and heat on the area.
