I drank nothing but water except for a cup of hot tea in the mornings for the last 5-days. I didn't even take my daily vitamins because of the discoloration (bright-yellow) from the B-12.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It would become more clear as the day went on. My urine finally became 100% clear on Day-39 (Saturday). I sustained from any P.E. for the last 6-days including today. Before retiring to bed for the night I use the bathroom to urinate. Afterward, a few minutes later I had the feeling I needed to urinate again except this time I had a burning sensation inside. I stepped back in the bathroom standing there unable to go. I knew I had to release something so I gave it a reverse-kegal and to my surprise a small amount of red coloring of urine come out. I continue a few more reverse-kegals to extract any left remaining. I could feel a slight burning feeling afterward. I drank 2-glasses of water and retired to bed for the night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wasn't to concern at the time because I wasn't urinating solid blood only a clear red coloring. Yesterday's session I was putting more intensity in the pull and feeling the burn in the base area. By doing this I affected the PC floor area and must have created a tear in the urethra of some sort.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm feeling sore but not unbearable. I'm going to wait until the soreness has subsided before continuing with the LM program. The handle conforms to the natural curve on the hip and leg and applying even pressure throughout the handle on the leg/hip area. This allowed me to use it as a lever to do SO/SU to the L/R. The bundled sets were more intense and if the bundle is too balled up it was very uncomfortable. The clamp was easily compressional with the wing-nuts. A little course to the touch in some areas, still usable in its present condition. I'll probably use a 500-grit sandpaper to give it an ultra smooth finish and then seal it with some Tung Oil. Tung Oil is a bit expensive to find in it's pure form. It's greatly use on Hardwood Floors and Furniture in high traffic areas for protection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are no Positive/Negative Magnets in the Clamping section that I could tell. In my opinion it's not necessary for them on the device unless you are going to wear it for prolong periods (hours) at a time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm very pleased with the purchase and so far worth the amount I spent on it.
